The Role

The Licensure & Regulatory Specialist supports regulatory readiness across BioMatrix’s ambulatory infusion centers and suites. You’ll manage facility and provider licensure, credentialing, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollments, ensuring compliance across multiple states while partnering closely with senior regulatory and legal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and renew state, federal, and facility licenses (AICs/AISs)

• Prepare and maintain Medicare/Medicaid enrollments (PECOS, NPPES, state portals)

• Track license expirations, credentialing status, and compliance documentation

• Support provider credentialing and recredentialing (NPs, medical directors, clinicians)

• Maintain accurate, audit-ready regulatory records

• Coordinate updates for ownership, location, or provider changes

• Serve as company notary as required

• Assist with accreditation and regulatory initiatives as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of healthcare licensure, credentialing, or regulatory experience

• Strong knowledge of multi-state licensing and CMS enrollment processes

• Experience with PECOS, NPPES, and payer enrollments

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; credentialing software experience a plus

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
