The Licensure & Regulatory Specialist supports regulatory readiness across BioMatrix’s ambulatory infusion centers and suites. You’ll manage facility and provider licensure, credentialing, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollments, ensuring compliance across multiple states while partnering closely with senior regulatory and legal teams.
Manage and renew state, federal, and facility licenses (AICs/AISs)
Prepare and maintain Medicare/Medicaid enrollments (PECOS, NPPES, state portals)
Track license expirations, credentialing status, and compliance documentation
Support provider credentialing and recredentialing (NPs, medical directors, clinicians)
Maintain accurate, audit-ready regulatory records
Coordinate updates for ownership, location, or provider changes
Serve as company notary as required
Assist with accreditation and regulatory initiatives as needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of healthcare licensure, credentialing, or regulatory experience
Strong knowledge of multi-state licensing and CMS enrollment processes
Experience with PECOS, NPPES, and payer enrollments
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; credentialing software experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 10%
