Role Summary
The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations by preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments all under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package prescriptions, including sterile and unit-dose medications

• Maintain accurate patient records, inventory, and shipment documentation

• Coordinate with intake, billing, and pharmacy teams to ensure timely delivery

• Follow HIPAA and all federal, state, and pharmacy regulations

• Support quality assurance and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy workspace

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Active Nevada Pharmacy Technician license

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience (retail, hospital, or specialty)

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Preferred

• Pharmacy technician program graduate

• PTCB certification

• Experience with CareTend
