We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Infusion Documentation Specialist to support our billing department. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in healthcare administration with a company that values teamwork, initiative, and accountability.
Organize, file, scan, and email important documentation accurately and efficiently
Prepare documents for audits and ensure compliance with filing procedures
Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and distribute to appropriate team members
Communicate with remote staff to ensure claims include all necessary documentation
Help with basic billing functions for select clients
Maintain inventory and order billing forms and supplies
Support phone coverage during staff breaks
Minimum 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience (preferably in a healthcare or service-related setting)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable with multitasking and working independently
Proficient in basic computer applications (email, scanning, filing systems)
A team player who takes initiative and follows through on tasks
Someone who values professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration
Clear communicator with excellent listening skills and a positive attitude
