Home Infusion Therapy Nurse

Registered Nurse: Full-Time

Growing Home Infusion Company is seeking exceptional Registered Nurses (RN) with IV experience to provide home infusion. 

As a leader in home infusion, we seek those special RN's who not only possess strong clinical expertise but sensitivity and deep compassion to individuals in the comfort of their homes.

Position Summary

As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will…

• Receive an extensive on-boarding process.
• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies. 
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care and education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Enhance your critical thinking skills.
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touches to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.
• Be an active and valuable member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical monitoring.
• Receive continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Be able to work both independently and in a team setting.

 Required Qualifications

•  New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing
•  Current CPR certification
•  Current driver’s license and auto insurance
•  Excellent IV start skills 

Preferred Qualifications

• Home healthcare experience
• IV administrative experience
• Knowledgeable in care and maintenance of vascular access devices (VADs)
