What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring a seamless intake experience.

• Coordinate and process all new patient referrals quickly and accurately.

• Review and obtain patient records and documentation using both internal systems and external sources.

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations for pharmacy and nursing services.

• Clearly communicate coverage details and financial responsibilities to patients—keeping them informed every step of the way.

• Collaborate closely with our pharmacy, nursing, sales, and case management teams to support patient discharge and therapy onboarding.

• Track and document all case activity to ensure records are complete and up to date.

• Play a critical role in turning referrals into real care, real fast.

What You Bring:

Required:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident on the phone and in writing

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-volume setting

• Tech-savvy with solid math and computer skills

• Problem-solving mindset—you take initiative and find solutions

Preferred:

• Healthcare background, especially in insurance authorization or reimbursement

• Familiarity with medical terminology
