Licensure & Location:
Candidates licensed in all of the following states required: Connecticut & Massachusetts
It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work on-site in Enfield, CT. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
Job Description:
In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, the relief staff/per diem pharmacist is responsible for the quality of patient services and a safe and effective pharmacy operation.
