Parenteral Nutrition Services Manager

PentecHealth is hiring a Parenteral Nutrition Services Manager!!

The Parenteral Nutrition Services Manager, will lead the Parenteral Nutrition therapy program serving as the business and clinical program owner through a collaborative effort with multiple stakeholders. They will support, manage, and develop internal and external customers, service agreements, education and training, program delivery, quality control and evaluation.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lead the clinical strategy for Parenteral Nutrition (PN), working cross-functionally with Clinical Services (Pharmacy, Nursing, and Nutrition Services, where applicable), Revenue Cycle and Patient Services, Business Development, and Sales/Marketing to ensure attainment of therapy category business objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PN especially related to infusion nursing support, including staying current on intravenous and PN technologies and management strategies as well as development of training education for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the development, support, and coordination of external nursing agency relationships.
• In coordination with their direct manager, develop, implement, and manage to Product/Therapy area business plans and key program indicators (KPIs).

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited College of Nursing required. Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®) preferred.
• Maintains current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Professional (Registered) Nurse.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of infusion (intravenous) services experience; home infusion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience / ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and demands, highly driven and customer oriented.
• Experience and/or familiarity with nursing agency coordination and utilization for home infusion nursing services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annual
